About

Collaborating with Example for Accor and Maybe Sammy, we led the interior design & styling for the transformation of Sydney CBD’s Bar Allora. The reimagined venue is a playful intersection of old-world Italian nostalgia with a contemporary edge.

Inspired by the spirit of Italian Futurism, the design employs bold gestures, rich colours, and layered textures to create an atmosphere charged with energy. The interiors evoke the communal soul of a traditional Italian café, amplified by a modern vibrancy that carries the space from morning espresso to late-night cocktails. Despite tight parameters, we worked closely with the client and builder to deliver a bespoke interior that hit the brief.
